Who We Are
The WLAM Professional Women’s Network is a supportive, structured and social community of professional women, many of whom are mothers re-building their careers, which is designed to support your professional networking, sharing of ideas and resources, and a space where you will be actively encouraged to achieve your goals. We will encourage a strong referral community among our members so that everyone who is looking to market their skills or business will benefit from the word of mouth recommendation of our membership.  The WLAM Professional Women’s Network will also be a fertile learning environment where members will be invited to share their expertise or career interests  so that members can learn the intricacies of each other’s businesses, services and career endeavors.  Membership will not be comprised of direct competitors yet will encourage businesses  with complementary services within the same industry to participate in the network.
What We Do
We will meet monthly and strongly encourage evert member to commit to attending all meetings and be accountable to each other.  Meetings will last for 2 hours and will meet from 10am -12noon. Should evening meetings be requested, we will add or alternate with evening meetings. Each meeting will include a social networking component, a large group session and spotlight,  and then breakout strategy groups led by peers which will  based on your professional focus ( ie: building a business, mom re-invention, job search).
Option to Join a Mastermind Group for Women Business Owners
Members of the WLAM Professional Women’s Network are offered the option of enrolling in a Mastermind Group.  This small group format comprised of  like-minded solopreneurs  from different industries,  will meet together over a 6 sessions to work toward the completion of  identified professional goals. Members will benefit from the support structure of a professionally led group combined with peer collaboration to fully optimize your experience and to support you in achieving your goal .  Separate fees apply. Group will meet bi-monthly on Mondays from 10am-12pm. Dates are 10/24,11/7,11/21,12/5,12/19,1/23,2/6
For Who
Whether you are building a service, own a business, working in an industry in a full or part time capacity, or a mom rebuilding her career presence, as long as you are interested and committed to your own professional growth and are interested in supporting the growth of other like minded women, then you belong in this network.

How We Connect
Both in person and remote:  WLAM Professional Women’s Networking Group will be a sharing community in person and online.
Integral to this Network is the unique benefit of being part of a vibrant community of dynamic women managing the realities of raising a family and building professional relevance over the course of their parenting years and beyond. Among the many benefits include; sharing your ideas and obstacles, being part of a active referral network , and developing a monthly accountability system built into your professional mindset.
